It plumps up your lips.. because of the collagen microspheres and anti wrinkle peptide complex it it. It has neutral tint .. therefore idea as base for the lips.. and it is said to help intensify the color of lipstick that you apply on your lips. Prevents smuching .. and it holds the lipstick better. You can also use it as a nightly treatment.. to help make your lips luscious. At $20 .. it’s quite a good buy.
