For someone who experienced winter year after year for at least a good 6 months a year… and temperature usually below 0 .. it is very harmful even for skin type like mine which is a normal type.  Those with dry skin type.. suffers a great deal during winter.  But I hear some people swear by Clarins HydraQuench Intensive Serum.  At $62 it is definitely not cheap.. but better than pay for just one facial.  Ingredients includes Omega 3 oil and some Katafray bark extract that can protec and hydrate weathered skin and face.
