I used to have a favourite hair salon back home.. where i go to .. every other day.. just because they give the best head massages.  I swear they have the best water faucet with water coming down so nicely that it massages your head while they are washing it out. I really want to get them for my bathroom.. for my showers, now if only i can find the number of the salon i used to go to.

I’m going to be changing my exercise routines in the near future. I plan to walk more and at a more brisk pace, and that exer-cycle in the basement is going to see a lot more use. I’ve considered bodybuilding supplements, but I don’t think it’s a good option in my case since I’m just looking to shed a few pounds and feel better, have more energy, that sort of thing. Looking like an Amazon isn’t high on my priorities list.
