Yes.. whatever a woman buys.. she makes sure that she gets the best deals on it.  Well.. unless you are a millionaire.. or you have a sugar daddy.  Unfortunately, not many of us .. has a sugar daddy.. nor are we millionaires.  We have a million hair though.. and i know of some girlfriends of mine.. who are so frugal, they even get cheap diet pills when they need them.  Their motto – Why pay more than you need to..?? same effect but lesser in price.
