We’ve all heard the good old advise about drinking 8 glasses of water and I’m sure .. a lot of ladies like myself try our very best. Sometimes, it can be darn hard.. but i learned a trick .. about a month ago.. and never turned back. Not only does adding a tiny bit of real cranberry juice into your bottled water.. makes me wanna keep drinking water, we all know that real cranberry juice.. not the cocktail or concentrate ones.. does wonders for your body .. as especially when i hear can prevent urinary tract infection. Had i know earlier, i would definitely have put it into the baby bottle for my daughter.. so that by now she would be used to it.

So if you have a hard time drinking plain water.. which is great for your system… especially first thing in the morning, here is the brand i swear by. In fact, it was fluke that i stumbled on it.. while looking for some computer memory upgrades for my friend who owns a spa. Long story .. .but that will be for another day.
