When you are 44, you must know that losing those unsightly fats can be really hard.  In fact, I find that mind grows around my upper arms .. and also my upper thighs.  I donch call myself elephant’s thighs for nothing you kow.  A  good weight loss supplements is my way of keep fit and also not go on a no food diet. But be careful what you get and make sure you do your research carefully now.  To keep fit, one must also exercise.. i know.. i know. easier said than done.. but try like me.. i walk every chance i get.  I just wished my tummy would heal completely from my surgery from a year ago.  I’m raring to go.. but my tummy just won’t listen to me no more.  Wish me luck now.

Desperate to get rid of my blackheads, i had no choice but to visit an esthetician from around here.  Although, I am very much in need of patio furniture this summer … more than going for facials, one has no choice – if you want to look presentable right?  So how does one find a good esthetician if you haven’t been to one for a long time.

Best is to find out if the esthetician can treat your blackheads thoroughly just in one sessions .. or at least know how many it would take for her to take care of your blackheads.  Go in expecting the results you promised as we all know that going for facials can be costly and you don’t want to be disappointed. Ask as many questions as possible before making an appointment to avoid any disappointment.  Does it hurt..??  or how long it takes? and how much? how many sessions?  etc, etc, etc.

So i ordered a few crotchet flower beanies for my girlfriend’s kid and my own instead of getting them some Naot that we liked so much.   But this lady at Etsy had priced these beanies at such awesome prices.. how can one refused right..?? it’s the postage that can really kill.. but i really liked them. .and i know my kid and theirs would looked really lovely in them .. especially during the winter.  Afterall, winter doesn’t means that one has gotta be frumpy right..??

Crazy about hand made stuff lately, I ordered one of this bracelet for my daughter’s kaimah in Japan.  I know she will like this.. since they are made of such unique purple color stones and antique brass charm.

Materials

I bought these hand made pearl river bangle for my daughter’s kai mah.. and they are made by another blogging friend of mine.. who is very talented as you can see.  Not only is she smart with her hands.. she is very, very smart in general.

Made with rows and rows of Phuket freshwater pearls, coiled with gold-filled wire on a gold bangle, all handmade.  Size of this bangle can be adjusted as it is flexible enough to be opened wider to fit larger wrists or narrowed to fit smaller wrists by interlocking the clasps.  Measurement: 6cm (2.6″ in diametre when opened), 5.5cm (2.1″ in diametre when interlocked), 2cm (height)

Why buy lip gloss that is sold commercially by big companies when you can get better stuff ..  for cheaper and better.  I’m all for original and good ingredients like the ones from Etsy Rachel Rene.  They are made with Shea Butter, Cocoa Butter, Beeswax, Soywax, Avocado Oil, Castor Oil, Vitamin E, and Flavor Oil.  I ordered some for my girlfriends and buying more .. for myself and my kid.  They are currently on a closeout season sale.. so they are awfully cheap.. you wouldn’t believe it.  Head over to Etsy and type in Rachel Rene Bath and Body.  Christine is a wonderful person to buy from.

Eeeewwwkkk..!! i have blackheads..!!!  and because I cannot see too wear with my glasses when i’m close up the mirror.. i never realised it till the other day.. when i was out to get some new glasses.. and was tryng out frames at the opitcal store.  And lo and behold.. i was shocked to see these tiny black color stuff residing not only on my nose.. but near my face.  Oh my..!!!!   i can’t wait to get home.. and sqeeze them out…. but they are darn painful.. even though i steamed my face first.. to open its pores.  I have moving tips but not tips on removing those ugly blackheads of mine.. except to go for a facial.  But the facials here are different from those in Asia.  My beautician or esthetician would definitely clean my face out properly .. but the ones here.. they donch seems to do much of those.. except massage the face – which is good.. but not enough.  But having said that.. i’ll still have to try.. and see if it would help.. beats trying to damage your skin eh.
