My girlfriend from Malaysia sent an early birthday gift from the Body Shop – boy! was i surprised – not only was it expensive – this 2 things cost her $50 Canadian inclusive of wrapping and shipping. But i still feel it was too ex – too much money spent. She must have great credit score because she was able to order this online – while i wasn’t able to use my credit card to order anything from Tiffany to be sent back to Singapore or Malaysia. I haven’t tried the two presents yet because I wanna wait till I am feeling better – one is a shower cream and the other is a butter body cream – must be really rich. I had one from the spouse’s Aunt a few years ago – and I haven’t used it yet. But they are still good because it hasn’t been opened at all. I can’t wait to try out my birthday gift. I managed to get a sneak peek of LV’s spring/summer 2010 collection and fell in love with this one – although i usually go for the more practical stuff. The new monogram from LV – named after the ethos of free spirit and nonconformity Bohemian is a great bag for the modern day traveler. But i said it’s great for anyone who has got class – but of course – the price for this bag is not to die for – at $2430 – - it’s too expensive for me right now – but that doesn’t mean that I cannot admire it and share it with my friends. Available in red and blue – don’t forget to get only the genuine stuff – no imitation LV for me. Well – i better stop drooling on the bag and go back to my xenadrine reviews for now but you can go ahead and look out for it at the LV stores.
I haven’t bought a Swatch watch for so long – 10 yrs to be exact – i used to love them and was crazy over them – so while doing some muscle milk reviews and the spouse showed me some that was on sale online – i couldn’t helped but wanna get them. But guess what ? you can’t buy them online if you are in Canada – they have e-stores for USA and delivers to USA but not to Canada!!! why?? oh why..??? Easter is round the corner and I wanted to get the below for my daughter – but now i guess it has to wait till we are next in Toronto – or at the airport with a Swatch counter. The best thing about Swatch watches are they are not too, too expensive and anyone can afford one – gotta love that!
I don’t even know when it started but I love going onto the local yardsale online – why ? because you get good buys once in a while. But don’t buy your colon cleansing on any yardsale eh! hahah!!! i got a clinque set today for and unbelieveable price of $10!!! yes I kid you not. Pictures will follow to proof to you that I bought the exlir perfume and a body lotion for a steal – you can beat that. I can’t really remember the smell of the perfume but i knew i liked it. Today i opened it up and gave it a sniff and yes it was the musky smell that i liked but even if i didn’t i knew i can give it away for a present. It came with a gift box and all. Pretty awesome..!! these days i strive to only get good stuff at cheap prices.. and i tell yer i’m getting to be quite the expert in it.
Does anyone wear eyeliners anymore? I know they still make it but I haven’t seen anyone wear eyeliners for years now – so is it me.. or the place I am living in .. or just that eyeliner is the thing of the past..?? Unlike natural appetite suppressants that i’m all for it – because I know for sure I could use some – since I love food so much.
Ok – lets get back to eyeliners – while the eyeshadow keeps improving every season and you get all sorts – the eyeliner didn’t seems to have made much progress. You have the black and then the dark blue and then the lighter black and black again – the other one that i saw that was remotely interesting was a purplish in color one but c’mon not many old farts like myself can hold a metallic purple in color eyeliner eh. hahah!!! how much does normal eyeliner cost these days..?? some $10 .. but really does anyone uses eyeliner anymore..??
Mismatched socks are the current trend unlike eczema treatment that most people still are not familiar with. But way before i found this site – my 5 years old daughter was stating her own fashion statement already and wearing mismatched socks on a daily basis. These socks does not comes in 2 socks – a pair but in 3 – so you can match and mix with each other – at $8 for 3 socks – it’s pretty and definitely the kind of gift you give to your 10 yrs old and make them giggle.
I’ve tried many lipgloss or lip balms before – not only from the mass produced types.. but even those hand made ones from Etsy. I wanna have faith and give support to those people who are so enterprising and good with their hands – who stay home instead of looking for employment outta their home. As much as I wanna be gung ho about Etsy’s handmade products – I’ll have to say I am going to have to try Kiss My Face Sheer Organic lipbalm instead this time. Not only are their packaging cuter – and they don’t fall out – nor does this one breaks in the middle and you can get to the rest of the lip balm. Kiss My Face Lip Gloss has SPF 15 and that alone wins all the other lip gloss that I had bought before. It’s not waxy and it’s texture is great – I also love the different flavors it comes in and they are not expensive at all. At $3.69 Cdn dollars – you can’t really beat that or compare them with Etsy’s seller. We don’t have any drug stores that carries this brand – I bought mine online.
I caught a nasty cold last week and boy ! two days into the cold .. my nose and upper lips was so sore i couldn’t even eat properly. I was looking at some uv pond filter with my girlfriends and they recommended Vaseline and lo and behold – I kid you not – after putting them on my nose – instantly i felt relieved. I continued using it for a few days and I was totally sore free. So gals instead of buying expensive creams – all you need is Vaseline – it works like magic ..!! had i know about this earlier – my daughter would not be suffering with sore nose for a long time.
Yes! Dove has a man range too – so while the spouse was looking at some life insurance quote i looked up this new range and kinda like it already even just by reading it. You see – men like my spouse – well they donch believe in exfoliating or cleansing and stuff that we do. Why? because they claimed that the products were used are only for ladies. Well, now men have no excuses but to clean themselves up and protect their skin. Containing half or more moisturizing cream the wash – you can see a difference really soon. Plus they are not expensive either – so definitely worth trying out.
