I do love Reitmans.. because they have clothing that fits me and fits me well. They are indeed fashionable.. and sometimes they have very good deals. Since they moved to their new location .. away from the mall, I haven’t been into it at all because it is not as open as the one in the mall.. and not as inviting. I know they are the same company and all.. in fact the same gals working too.. but just so inconvenient.. because it is in another part of the town. A visit today to the new location saw some pet beds i thought was for sale, but nope apparently they belonged to one of the working gal there.. and she had just bought it. So instead of buying clothes for myself.. i ended up getting something for my pet.
Before coming to Canada.. socks had to be a tinge of pink.. with pom pom on it .. preferably. And it only has gotta be ankle high.. slight above .. not higher. I’ve often lament that after coming to Canada.. i never have anything nice.. and when i saw some cute pom pom socks during Christmas.. and cheap at that.. i had to get them.
But alas, after wearing it.. i realised that practicality is a need here in Canada.. the socks wasn’t warm enough.. and my $12 for 8 socks are way warmer than the pom pom socks i had gotten. So i’m gonna stop whining about not having nice things to wear from now on .. all because i’m in Canada..!! where winter is like 6 months long.
Gem of Life Episode 40, I am waiting to watch and of course checking out their trendy stuff. Can’t wait !! i know my blog buddy will have it, so i’m going crazy checking her blog often. Hahahah!

While I am at it.. about winter must.. you might as well know about my beanie , the one thing i must have .. or i’ll die in the cold here during winter. Hahah!! dramatic eh or what..? While i do have a blue color torque.. i still prefer this beanie a lot more. Afterall, Winter doesn’t mean that you have to dress up like humpty-dumpty right..?? I love my beanie so much.. it makes me look cute and young… and my kid has one too.
For those who are from the colder countries like I am here in Canada, you will know that having a wrist warmer like this one is awsome. Buy it from Etsy.. at only $4.75 from KitMit and even when you are doing fat burner reviews all day on the computer.. you wouldn’t be freezing those hands of yours.. in the office i work in. The boss likes to keep the temperature at 15 degree.. anything higher than that.. he thinks it’s a waste of oil.
In search for Sloggi by Triumph .. because nothing beats having one of these. Whether it is Hikini or Maxi.. i want a few, unfortunately, they don’t carry it here .. Triumph brand in this town.. and when i go online to look for it, Hikini is no longer in the making no more. Bummer. I have been in Canada for almost 9 yrs.. and I haven’t found any briefs that i am comfy with. I am still hanging on to my old ones from Triumph.. and i know i should retire them real soon. I found a place in BC that carries the Maxi.. but the shipping was expensive, I’m gonna call them .. and see if i can make some kinda arrangement with them. Wish me luck eh.

A girlfriend of mine from back home had her own bridal store for years and every year she didn’t really make as much as we all think she did. We were out for tea the other day.. and she told us that to run a bridal store.. she had to make sure that she had enough inventory to please all the brides. And the brides and grooms didn’t need to pay for everything upfront and some don’t come back and clear their bills. I suggested she use some commercial collection agencies but she wasn’t too keen on it. But i managed to convince her to speak with her partner about this… that way she don’t have to keep losing money, afterall, it is hardwork.. running a business.. now i should know that.. right.
The girlfriend whom i was buying bridal accessories for today had also asked me to come join in their bridal fitting and make up. Oh.. did i forget to mention that i was the maid of honor..?? yup.. me..!! i couldn’t be more excited .. truth be told. But the spouse reminded me to make sure i get another memory stick for my camera.. that way.. i wouldn’t run outta memory to take those pictures.. since i can go a little picture crazy.
Gem Of Life Episode 21, i cannot help but wonder what it is like to own such a huge conglomerate like Melissa. Just her traveling luggages alone is enough to pay for the coverage of the group health insurance of the company this size. I sure envy her iron hand on running her business.. and her classiness. When i grow old.. i hope i will be like Melissa. I’m quite motivated by this show if you ask me. The blood birdnest that they eat.. are to die for lah..!!
